- Digital control provides excellent response and reproducibility
 | Digital control power controller with a front display and a keypad. Setting zero for Soft-Start/Soft-Down provides quick response suitable for rapid thermal processes. |
- Capable of controlling heaters with special characteristics
 | Since the following control modes (Constant voltage control, Constant current control, Constant power control) are available, this power controller can control heaters in which resistance value greatly changes according to temperature change. Such heaters include Superkanthal and SiC heaters. |
- Abundant functions are available as standard
 | Standard functions include External contact input, Soft-Start/Soft-Down, Manual/Auto switch-over, Gradient setting, Output limiter, Output bias, Input-Phase angle proportional/Input-Voltage proportional/Input-Power phase angle switch-over. |
