Main features
- Digital control provides excellent response and reproducibility
 | Digital control power controller with a front display and a keypad. Setting zero for Soft-Start/Soft-Down provides quick response suitable for rapid thermal processes. |
- Capable of controlling heaters with special characteristics
 | Since the following control modes (Constant voltage control, Constant current control, Constant power control) are available, this power controller can control heaters in which resistance value greatly changes according to temperature change. Such heaters include Superkanthal and SiC heaters. |
- Multimemory area function
 | Four patterns of various set values for heater break can be stored in multimemory area function, which enables easy change of heater break alarm setting. |
- Released from the restriction of magnetic flux density of the transformer, the controller has realized downsizing of transformer (Optional)
 | The control function of the primary side of transformer can suppress excessive current generated from momentary power failure on the load (transformer) side. To control the primary side of the transformer, it is recommended to use a power controller with a protection function for primary side control of transformer. This will remove the restriction of magnetic flux density of the transformer. |
- Capable to detect a heater break of non-linear load
 | A maximum of three inflexion points are settable according to the heater characteristics. This enable the controller to be used with a lamp heater, for example, which has large resistance fluctuation by temperature. Automatic setting of Inflexion points is available. |
