The PV624 is a portable hybrid pressure controller base station that combines the advantages of manual pressure generation with fully automatic pressure generation and control.
Druck’s latest pioneering technology has a built-in controller to automatically control pressure to the desired set point. This unique product offers incredible pressure generation speed to large volumes, whilst not compromising on efficiency.
The PV624 Hybrid pressure controller offers a robust, easy, and fast method to both reach and accurately maintain pressure set points, hybrid pressure control also supports large test volumes and long battery life.
With a robust design and tool-less pressure connection, the PV624 is ideally suited to perform pressure testing and calibrations in the field.
A higher bar for ultra low pressure
We are excited to announce the launch of a new ultra-low-pressure module, the PM620LP. As the latest addition to the Genii Advanced Modular Calibration System, the PM620LP offers pressure measurement down to +/- 2.5 mbar (1 inH2O).
When used with the PV624 portable hybrid pressure controller, users can achieve a fully automated, ultra-low pressure calibration system. The PM620LP is compatible with pneumatic, commercial pressure bases and module carriers in the Genii Advanced Modular Calibration System.

The PV624 hybrid pressure controller is the latest edition to the DPI620 GENii modular calibration system.
Combining the new PV624 with the market leading DPI620 GENii multifunction calibrator and a PM620 pressure module creates a uniquely capable, flexible, self-contained portable pressure calibrator.
